PFT MTF Dashboard — Multi-Timeframe Trend Confluence at a Glance

The PFT MTF Dashboard condenses up to five timeframes of trend direction into a single, color-coded ribbon panel beneath your chart — so you can read the alignment of the whole market structure without flipping between charts. Each row is one timeframe, each cell is one bar, and the color tells you the trend at that moment: green for up, red for down, yellow for flat. When every timeframe you've selected agrees, the chart background lights up and a marker prints on the price bar, giving you an instant, unmistakable confluence signal.

Built natively in NinjaScript for NinjaTrader 8, it works on any instrument and any bar type — minute, tick, Renko, UniRenko, and more.

Key features

  • Up to 5 stacked trend ribbons, each independently assignable to any timeframe from 1-minute through monthly. Set any row to None to run fewer ribbons with no wasted space.
  • Two trend engines: single-EMA slope (rising/falling) or fast-vs-slow EMA comparison, with fully adjustable EMA lengths.
  • Flat detection: an optional neutral band (in ticks) flags sideways conditions in yellow, so you're not faked into chop.
  • Confluence background: the price panel shades green or red only when all selected timeframes align — your highest-conviction read, visible at a glance.
  • Flip markers: a dot prints on the price bar the moment full alignment locks in bullish or bearish.
  • Real-time alerts when timeframes align, with sound and a built-in re-arm so you're notified once, not spammed.
  • Market Analyzer ready: outputs a +1 / 0 / −1 confluence value you can add as a column to scan an entire watchlist for fully-aligned symbols.
  • Fully customizable: colors, text size, row/cell spacing, background opacity, labels, and separators — make it match your workspace.

Who it's for

Trend and momentum traders who want top-down confirmation before committing to a setup, and anyone tired of manually checking three or four charts to confirm a single bias.
